【关于快递和运费】
一、产品不包邮（公司活动除外，详情咨询客服人员）。其实包邮也是会算到客户的成本里面去，希望客户能理解。
二、默认：申通 顺丰快递 客运托运等运输方式。
也可以送到客户本市的指定发货处，关于运费请先咨询我们销售人员，谢谢！
三、请和销售人员说清楚能到达的快递，如果不到达，被退回和再次发货的费用需要您自己承担。
【关于现货、发货、发货时间】
网站上显示的颜色，或色卡上的颜色基本都有现货。
因为订单比较多，每天15点到16点以前付款不繁琐的订单一般都可以当天发货，15点到16点以后付款的隔天发货。急用的客户，请和我们销售人员沟通清楚，以免耽误您使用。
【关于图片和颜色】：
产品实物拍摄 ，因拍照，电脑显示器及光线的原因，可能会存在色彩误差。敬请谅解！如果不能接受色差的买家先确定可以接受后再订货。
产品的数量是工人称出来的，或多或少，但是误差不会很大。不能接受数量有差的买家先确定可以接受后再订货。
【关于收货】：
如果您收到的包裹外包装变形或折弯等现象，先不要签字，可以要求开包检查。这是我们应有的权利，快递公司和邮局不能拒绝！如果因为快递损坏，而您签收了，我们不能补偿给您。
【关于质量问题】：
如果您有任何问题，请随时联系我们。我们会帮您解答，您有什么问题，我们都会给您一个答复。
请买家不要在不联系我们的情况下轻易给出中评和差评，因为您的每一个评价对我们来说都重要，其实很多问题都只是个小小的误会，双方的沟通是重要的。

● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
