购买须知
1.产品报价为，品牌产品价格不稳定，库存，价格仅为参考，不含运费、税费，运费由买家承担，具体运费请咨询客服；
2.本公司所有产品均为实拍图，由于显示器等原因可能会造成一些色差，我们会尽量保持色彩一致；
3.产品存在少量瑕疵属于正常，部分产品不补破损，购买前请咨询客服；
关于发货
1.定制礼品一般需要2-3天才能做好发货，具体时间详询客服。整件货物以上一律通过物流公司托运的形式，运输到买家指定的城市，国内直达城市平均2-3天到，中转城市平均3-5天到；
3.因长途运输有时间和自然不可抗拒因素，请提前安排好时间下单，因时间耽误买方，本公司不承担责任；
2.无法确保提货地点离您位置很近；物流一般到市和县，不提供送货上门（如需送货上门，应加收物流送货费）；
3.公司默认物流：京东、贰仟家、宇鑫、、金象、甲乙丙丁、方圆、正和、黑豹、豪祥、鸿泰、安能等（其他物流请联系客服）；
售后服务
1.客户在收货之后发现产品有质量问题，请速与客服联系，洽谈更换或补发产品（如24小时内未联系客服，视为放弃）；
1）如发现少发，错发商品，请您及时联系我们客服，我们将在时间复查配货发货流程，如确实是本公司原因，本公司将承担应有的责任。
2.产品运输过程中难免会有包装箱刮擦，磨损，我们尽量降到低，如果不能接受请勿下单。如果签收时发现破损比较严重，请勿签收，及时联系客服，一经签收我们将无法找运输公司索赔，后果自行承担。
3.货物发出之前我们会进行严格的质量把关，但产品之间的刮擦在所难免，在出库与物流运输期间可能会有正常的轻微刮擦，我们在尽量规避的时候

● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
