关于快递：
本司默认圆通/中通/韵达 随机发
各位亲们拍宝贝前要查询该快递公司是否能到达收件地，如因无法到
达造成损失的，本店没有办法负责。因无法到达收件地，而需要转发其他快递公司的，买家需补或负责转发所产生的运费。
关于质量问题的：
本店的小饰品都是手工制作，不是机器批量生产的，不可能做到完美无暇，偶尔几个轻微的瑕疵是肯定会有的，经常做小饰品生意的客户都明白 ，我们在发货前会多次检查确保给您发货的是质量好的，万一您收到有瑕疵的产品也可以申请退货重新拍，不接受以此为理由差评，完美主义者介意勿拍。
关于退换货问题：
确属质量问题的商品，须及时寄给我们，我们收到后查核属实将给予掉换（以签收时间为准，超过48小时后出现问题只修不退）。退换的商品必须保持包装及吊牌/领标等原配件完整，原封退回。耳钉类产品因卫生问题不退不换，如有质量问题可以申请退货，我们收到退货后将销毁处理。退货不接受任何形式的到付！不接受未协商好自行申请退款！

以下情况由客人自己承担往返运费：
收到物品后，发现尺码不适合。联系客服后并同意给您换合适的尺码或其他款式。
包邮商品非质量问题退货，买家需承担之前包邮产生的运费。

● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
