定制的石头颜色都是实色，珠子里外的颜色和纹理 是一样的。故不存在 掉色褪色的情况。
我们的松石是天然矿物质粉压石，主要材质成分与陶瓷相同，但里面不含天然绿松石成分。为了固形里面有注胶和添加颜料，属于人造合成粉压石。

饰品配件均为手机实际拍摄，图片都较为真实，但亲们还需以规格为准，商品所标规格均是商品的最大外围尺寸，拿到手后可以用尺子测量一下大小，请不要轻易说没有想象中的大或是均没有图片上的大！
1.购物说明:购买多款产品时，使用“加入进货单”购买更方便。由于种类繁多一般付款20—48小时内安排发货；如若需颜色定做或加亮的要求，一般加工需3—5天同时与客服讲明要求。若因客户选择错误，要求退换货时，卖家发出货品的运费 不退。退回的运费，则有运费险。因客户未看产品说明造成的损失由客户自行承担。
2.数量说明：网站中有不少产品的数量标明“左右”，左右的范围是1—3个之间，也就是有些产品可能因厂家发货批次不同会造成，少几个或多几个的情况在此范围之间，我店不承担补偿义务。
3.残次品率：配件行业允许有1%—5%的残次品率，在此范围之内属于正常情况
4.价格说明：产品价格因出厂价格浮动，在不定期内可能会有涨跌的变化，按客户下订单的先后结算为准，我们不承担补差价的义务。
5.货物签收：收到包裹，确认外包装完整再签收，建议当着快递员的面拆包，以免造成不必要的损失。
6.售后服务：产品有任何问题，请及时联系客服.顾客满意是我们最终的追求。

● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
