一、商品的最终颜色及尺寸以实物为准。
本店所有商品全部实物拍摄，并尽可能保持图片的真实性，但不排除显示器分辨率、光线等一些原因引起的色差,但一般相差不会太大。
二、由于饰品均为手工制作，所以产品中难免会有一些小的瑕疵，同一品种图案或尺寸会出现一些小的差异，这些都是正常情况。正是因为有了这些瑕疵和差异才更具有其特有的魅力。
三、关于无理由退货
1.收货后你如果不满意，可以无理由退货，只是希望你在决定退货前同我沟通一下，看看有没有可以补救的方法。如果你仍然决定退货，请在收货三天内发出，在此期间请勿配带，严禁清洗。
2.买家在签收包裹时请一定要当面查验，以检查货物有无在运输过程中被盗。如发现有货物丢失，破损，请一定不要签收，第一时间跟我联系，这样我才可以跟快递公司或者邮局商讨赔偿，请不要在签收后再告诉我少了东西或者商品破损，这样一律不承担任何责任（遵守支付宝交易纠纷处理规则）
四、售后服务
1 、收货后如发现产品质量问题，请及时与我们联系。有质量问题的可以退换货，我们承担相应的费用。
2、以下条件不接受退换：退回的产品包装不完整、配件或相关资料不齐；未经授权擅自修理、改装；未按正确方法保养、使用、贮存的。
