1：竹木制品区别于普通餐具，它是从土地中生长出来的，带着浓浓的盛情，让您更
深刻的体验享受美食的乐趣！每一个竹木制品取自木树的不同部位且为人工打磨，
竹木纹、色泽、重量、规格均有微小差别，也因如此每一个竹木制品都是独特
的艺术品，爱它请用心包容！
2：第一次使用竹木器，可以用消毒柜的臭氧层消毒，无臭氧消毒的可用温盐水浸泡
1小时左右，然后正常清洗后一定放置通风干燥处晾干即可。请注意不能使用
消毒柜、微波炉等任何高温电器 ，不能放置于暖炉旁边，不能暴晒，也不可用沸
水煮。
竹木材是天然生成的材料，一定会存在颜色、纹路的不同，有自己独有的特性，只要
无裂开无蓝变无虫孔无穿孔都是正常，竹木材在成长中因环境光照等原因还存在竹
木本身颜色差异，加上显示器的不同，会略有不同，介意的朋友慎重考虑，这种不
退换，属于正常。
本店所有产品为实物拍摄，色差尽量与实物保持一致，但由于显示器 ，色差
光亮度偏差等以及个人对颜色的理解不同 ，.终颜色以实际商品为准。
本店所有产品一般发的是申通快递，顺丰快递，优速快递，安能物流，还有德邦
物流一般拍下的运费都是正确的，要发物流的话需要联系客服。
由于实体和网络同时销售，库存变化较大，还请顾客朋友多多包涵。没货我们会及
时联系您更换或者退款给您。

● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
