【发货与快递】
发货时间：一般情况，当天16：00时下单并付款的订单，当天尽量安排发出。超过16：00时付款的，第二天安排发出！注：（如出现特殊情况以双方协调发货时间为准）
快递方式：本公司支持中通、申通、圆通、韵达等普通快递，运费省内6-8元，省外8-12元。另可选择顺丰速递和EMS。具体运费请与客服确认。
客服在线时间：周一至周六:9：00—20:00法定假日不上班.
【关于验货】
在快递员未离开现场前，顾客请根据订单检查商品。如有发现数量不齐或商品损坏，务必 时间联系我们，我们将协顾客处理相关售后事宜。快递员离开现场，顾客又未检查商品，其后果由顾客承担。
【关于缺货】
由于店铺产品的款式不断增加 或某些款式特别 而仓库配货人员很难每天及时的更新库存情况 将会导致个别款式的缺货情况
如果在你订单中出现缺货的情况我们的客服人员将会 时间与你取得联系 待你做出决定后再做安排·
【关于产品退换】
如果产品质量有问题，请于收到货24小时内及时联系我们。虽然每单货发出我们都有人工检查过（配货、包装检查、验货QC），但毕竟难以检查的 ，个别款式有存在本身质量问题是无可避免的，所以一般有质量问题的可以先联系我们说明一下，几次补货的后所累枳的问题商品再一次性发与我们更换.（切不必收到货有一个商品出点小问题也要急着更换，那样所产生的运费是大的浪费，也浪费双方的时间精力）
退回运费由我司负责，先由买家垫付运费,我们收到货后会支付宝转账形式及时退还运费。对于到付件，我司均做拒收处理。

Items that cannot be shipped through mail
● 1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
● 2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
