1、产品是如何批发，如何代发的呢？如何包邮？
我司产品可以小量100元起或3件起混批。关于代发，我司拥有独立部门操作，中间不收任何费用，另外可以提供我司自己拍摄图的数据包，代发客户通过网上直接下单，（例：吊坠+链子+礼盒+擦银布都可以在网上直接下单）。产品批发500元起全国包邮，可补运费发顺丰快递。

 

2、你们是工厂吗？直接对接工厂下订单可以吗？
广州通琳珠宝有限公司为纯银首饰加工厂，均可承接国内外批发销售渠道商加工定做。也欢迎长期合作各商户到工厂进行参观。新老客户均可直接对接下单。单品定制数量为50件起，银价和工费分开计算成本。

 

3、任何产品都可以定做吗？或者任何材质都可以定做吗？
一般任何饰品我司均可定做，可以通过图片或者实体产品进行起版定做。我司饰品定做的材质为S925银，S990银的范围内都可以做的，如特别要求其它材质也可以订做。

 

4、通过图片或者样品可以先报价吗？
我司可以通过图片尺寸重量数据进行大概的价格定位，如果通过样品，我司基本可以报上相对准确的价格。

 

5、贵司产品生产或者定做的门槛高吗？
关于和我司合作门槛都是非常人性化的，如果版费由客户自费，我司产品数量在50件都可以定做。如果版费我司出，数量起订在200件起。生产之际商户需预付模具费用，100-500元不等，我们在通过倒模出来的样品进行进行沟通确认核实，我司再实行生产，生产之前，商户根据定制的数量需预付30%-50%的款项。


6、如果单品100件，200件，或者1000件起，生产周期各需要多少天呢？
普通款式非天然石款的银饰，在有版的情况下，100件起需要4-5天，200件起5-7天，1000件起6-10天等生产周期，假日除外。（具体时间协商而定）

 

7、是否会出现个别产品缺货问题？
由于我们工厂生产的产品款式对接线上线下多渠道销售出货方式，有个别款式在生产过程中太过于热销会出现临时供不应求的情况。如果下单后出现个别产品缺货，我们将第一时间在线联系客户，如联系不上或不能及时回复，我们将采取如下方式操作：每个订单缺货数量低过三件商品的我们将时间把货发出去，以便及时送达您手上，收到货退相应缺货商品货款即可。如缺货较多的我们将等您做出决定后再做安排（一般可选择继续等待或部分先发货）
