【关于缺货】 由于产品款式不断增加，个别款式太过于热销，或者还在厂里生产当中的，会出现缺货情况。每个订单缺货低过五件商品的我们一般不做通知客户，第一时间把货发到您手上，在你收到货后退回相应缺货商品款额或是 在往后的订单里面顺带补发。由于单独补发1个或几个产品，运费是极大的浪费，所以确实需要单独补发的，运 费自理，我司不承担补发产生的运费。如有缺货较多的我们将通过旺旺或电话等方式通知您，等您做出决定后 再做安排。
【关于产品退换】 如果产品质量有问题，请于收到货后24小时内及时联系我们。我们每个产品从生产到入库再到出库都是经过 多道检查工序，但也无法保证所寄出的每个产品到您手中之后都是合格品。对于问题产品，我们一般都是先由 客人代保存。多次订单所累积问题产品再一次退回来。退回运费由我司负责，先由买家垫付运费,我们收到货后 会支付宝转账形式及时退还运费。对于到付件，我司均做拒收处理。 |

● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
