1、质量问题（客观因素）：

在收到货后7天之内联系客服人员，拍照确认属于产品质量问题之后可退换，如未提供照片或过时联系，损失由顾客承担。
- 质量问题运费由本公司承担。

2、非质量问题（尺寸，颜色或个人喜好等主观因素）：
在未经使用的情况下并且不影响我们二次销售的情况下，
在收到货后3天之内联系客服人员退换（换货需备注换款型号，尺码和颜色）把产品寄回本公司，并把快递单号给客服，公司收到货确认产品完好给您退/换货。

3、少发或错发货：

请在收货后24小时内联系客服，提供单号，配货清单，拍照及实际收到货的重量，如未提供或过时联系，损失由顾客承担，与配单核对确认少发错发，我们将会为您补发。

● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
