【发货说明】
我司目前默认发圆通；比较急的件支持补差价发顺丰快递，具体情况可联系在线客服！
一般情况，下午4点前付款的订单尽量在当天发出，超过4点的会在第二天安排发出，期望当天发货的客户需要尽早下单并完成支付，尽量避开下午3点到4点之间的下单高峰期！
【关于验货】
在快递员未离开现场前，请根据订单情况检查商品。如有发现数量不齐或商品被压坏，务必尽快联系我们，我们将帮助会员处理相关售后事宜。若无法在快递员在场情况下核对，请在包裹显示签收的2天内进行包裹核实，如有货品数量与发货单不一致，请立刻拍照 称重留底，需要提供的凭证有：1.发货清单拍照 2.所收货物所有排列后拍照 3.所有货物以及包装一起称重拍照。 如无法提供凭证，其后果由会员自行承担。
【关于缺货】
由于产品款式不断增加，个别款式太过于热销，或者还在厂里生产当中的，会出现缺货情况。每个订单缺货低过订单30%的我们一般不作通知客户，尽快把有货的先发到您手上，在你收到货后退回相应缺货商品款额或是在往后的订单里面顺带补发。由于单独补发1个或几个产品，运费是很大的浪费，所以确实需要单独补发的，运费自理，我司无力承担补发产生的运费。如有缺货较多（一般订单的30%以上）的我们将通过旺旺或电话等方式通知您，等您做出决定后再做安排。
【关于退换货】
如果产品质量有问题，请于收到货后24小时内及时联系我们。我们每个产品从生产到入库再到出库都是经过多道检查工序，但也无法保证所寄出的每个产品到您手中之后都是合格品。对于问题产品，我们一般都是先由客人代保存。多次订单所累积问题产品再一次退回来。退回运费由我司负责，先由买家垫付运费，我们收到货后会支付宝转账形式及时退还运费。对于到付件，我司均做拒收处理。

Items that cannot be shipped through mail
● 1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
● 2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
