下单须知
1,默认中通快递及申通快递,加急可以选择顺丰快递(需要加邮费)
下单后发现订单产品或者收件人信息有问题的，如果还没有发货的。直接申请退款重新下单。
下单后需要改其他快递补运费的，请联系客服补差价。快递发送过程中出现问题的，请第一时间致电对应快递公司的官方电话或者对应快递收件方网点的电话。
2，退换货流程。
退货订单直接在阿里申请退款(仅限已经发货且客户收到的订单)。
换货的订单，需要换的重新拍下,下单付款。之前的订单申请退款。运费不退！
退回的订单，必须第一时间填写退货快递单号，如不填写交易成功后无法再处理退款！
3，补寄流程。
补寄商品及配件等，拍下相应的商品，联系客服修改价格并备注具体事项，
订单支付成功后才能打单发货。
4，已经发货的订单，没有物流信息之前申请退货的，一定要联系客服注销快递单。
否则一旦发出就非常麻烦了。因此造成的退货，买家需要承担来回运费。
5，退换货地址是：
退换货拒绝到付件！退货不要使用汇通,申通，中通，顺丰，韵达等以外的快递。
6，对于咨询的问题，客服暂时不在的请先留言阐明问题具体情况，客服都会第一时间回复问题。

7,对于大批量的客户，量大我们一般发货运。货运运费一般都是到付的，联系我们客服去
掉运费。如果需要包装纸箱加编织袋的话，加3元/个,如有些物流需要中转代理转发的,需要交中转费,费用联系客服咨询商定.建议选择较大物流公司,如,德邦,佳吉,新邦物流等,如客户自己选定小物流公司,专线物流公司,暂不提供查件服务.

● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
