1、关于产品

尺码为人工测量，因测量工具和测量方法不同等因素，会存在2mm的误差，请根据参考尺码表及评价详情，自主购物。

3、关于发货
发货时间为付款后48小时内发货。如果遇到订单中缺货的情况下，我们会延迟1-2天发货，特殊情况我们会通知！
发货时间：确认汇款后小时内可发货，但以下原因可能会影响发货时间，请亲们留意：
*商品缺货现象（如个别工艺流程的延期）我们会非常及时通知您；
*在订单确定以后、产品发货前，您要求变更商品构成及比例；
*订单数量较多；
*法定节假日，请亲们凉解。 -
4、关于退换货
因产品是感性消费品。有人喜欢，也有人不喜欢，如不属于质量问题，不做退换货处理。光凭自己不喜欢，和图片相差太大，质量太差，戒指号数太小或太大，不合心意，不满意或没有想象中的那么好等主观因素主导的原因，买家所购产品是不允许退换货的。买家购买前请三思慎重。
饰品都有瑕疵，不作为退货依据。如买家收到的商品存有质量问题，影响到佩戴。请你及时联系我们的售后，将坏货图片提供给售后客服。我们的客服会在快时间内给你做出个满意的答复。

Items that cannot be shipped through mail
● 1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
● 2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
