退换货政策
1． 商品破损，发错货（颜色，款式），漏发，大片污渍，很严重坏掉等造成无法销售的，可申请退换货，申请退换货时，请务必先拍照然后和我们客服人员联系协商处理，经认定确实属质量问题的，所产生的运费由我司承担。我司拒收到付件，请亲们先帮我们垫付下运费，产生的费用我们会以支付宝直接打款的方式，直接 打到您指定的支付宝账号里。（注：如未跟我们联系而直接退货的，我们将不予受理）
二．以下情况不予退换货
一. 偶尔有细小划痕，小瑕疵等不影响销售的问题都不算质量问题的，如介意此类情况的客户请慎拍~ 所有的首饰工厂都避免不了此类问题，没有百分百完美的产品哦~
二.人为造成的瑕疵，产品色差，物流慢，物流公司服务态度不好。
三.买家主观判断的问题（如：不喜欢，和我想象的不一样，和别家的不一样，材料不符合想象，手感不好，看上去没档次等）
5四. 前后发货的颜色有区别，由于每次的批次不一样，就很难保证产品的颜色跟上一批次一模一样。
五.不想卖了，不好卖，卖不动，被城管抓了，卖不了了等。
*注意事项：
所有售后问题必须在收到货三天内（已货物签收时间为准）请及时联系我们客服人员，申请售后时请提供购物订单号，一个订单只处理一次售后，请亲们务必在收到货后仔细检查好数量，款式，颜色，规格，质量，不与恶意中差评客户再次合作，谢谢。

● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
