为了使会员能在公司得到应有的服务，以及避免不愉快的事情发生。双方本着相互理解、公平、自愿的原则，共同遵守下列条款：
一、公司承诺
对我司所直接发布的信息进行负责，如发生言行不一致，直接给商户造成损失的，由本网站承担。但拒绝承担因客户自身原因造成的损失（如不看产品详情、产品属性。例如单吊坠是不配链的、产品无包装盒、产品大小和想象不一样等）希望客户能多看多问。
产品图片是实物实拍，但部分来自网络，每个商品的说明都力求准确，客户们可放心选购。如因本站疏忽导致严重错误，我们将及时纠正，并免费进行退换货处理。
对产品的质量进行严格把关，如属质量问题，本公司实行无条件退货维修。
备注：公司仅对当前确认的即时订单负责。因信息经常需要更新，如在会员下订单后发生改变，我们将及时通知，由会员决定是否取消订单。
二、会员下订单要求
认真核对订单（价格、数量、规格等），如有特殊要求，需及时说明。
送货地址与联系方式须准确，否则要承担由此造成的相关损失。
及时支付订单款项。如下订单后三天内没有支付款项，该订单将自动作废。
到货后请检查商品（数量、质量、规格等），如有任何问题请及时联系。如无问题请及时给予确认收货，并给五星好评！（谢谢了！）
三、其他约定
双方如通过其他联系方式达成协议与本条款有冲突时，按双方约定执行。
次品调换：会员在收到商品后3—7天内，如发现确属质量问题的产品。请先与唐盛珠宝公司取得联系后进行调换，本公司承担一次来回运费。
公司维修或保养：公司根据实际情况另行收取相关费用。若为公司原因造成的产品质量问题公司无条件负责到底，若为客户不小心造成的产品破损等问题，将根据客户的要求公司加以维修处理，但是来回的邮资需由客户自行承担，若维修时修成超过10.00元的费用问题则由客户承担基本工费。

Items that cannot be shipped through mail
● 1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
● 2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
