关于发货流程
我们公司在客户下单后 由对应客服打印产品清单 并将清单交给仓库管理员 仓库管理员对照清单到仓库清点取货 再交给打包员清点验收 最后由发货员送往快递公司和快递员一起查收 最后快递员在清单上签字确认后打包交给快递公司扫描发货 并由发货员带回清单交给客户经理留存
特别说明：因我们是批发的网站，单款出货量快，实体同步批发，库存很难及时更新。如果缺货4款以内，我们将会直接发货，不另行通知；如果缺货量较大，我们会与客户进行电话沟通，望广大客户理解。
关于发货时效
客户下单后 48小时内发货 如遇节假日快递员放假 发货时间顺延 实际发货后 声明发货 收货城市不一样 收到货的时间也不一样 一般从货物实际发出后3到7天内可以收到货（有的偏远县城往往要经过很多中转站才能到达有可能需要5到7天）我们无法承诺产品在发货后几日内一定能到达买家手中 因为我们无法控制承运快递公司（或邮电局）的办事效率 更无法了解您所处地区派件员的素质和态度 希望买家不要因为物流公司的失误而迁怒于本公司请您体谅我们在此问题上的鞭长莫及与无奈.

Items that cannot be shipped through mail
● 1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
● 2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
