配件种类繁多，如对商品描述理解不清的地方，务必咨询客服后再下单，以免后续麻烦。
1.因拍摄角度，光线原因及个人辨色不同等主客观原因，实物与图片有差异难免，介意色差的亲慎重下单。配件较小，均微焦拍摄，务必看清楚尺寸再拍。
2.标注尺寸是手工测量，因测量手法和工具不同，会有误差。
3.产品因批次不同，颜色和尺寸形状都可能会有差异，老客注意，拍前提前和客服沟通确认后再下单。
4.店铺小配件可能会存在其他各种不完美的情况，要求高的亲，慎重下单。
保色处理后，色泽会稍暗，增强了抗氧化性，但不是永久保色，是金属都会氧化！
为延长着色，建议制作佩戴指套或者手套。
宝贝介绍：
1.所有上色产品都是人工调色，不同批次颜色会有色差，难以避免，老客注意下哦。
2.电镀合金产品在接触手汗液腐蚀后，比较容易掉色。注意在制作和使用过程中也尽量避免接触手汗等腐蚀性液体。
建议：制作之前用透明指甲油先涂一层，可以改善金属氧化的问题哦
3.合金产品韧性相对要差些，特别是体量大的树枝，制作的时候一定要注意力道，否则容易折断。
5.关于保色电镀：保色电镀不是永久保色，只是相对普通电镀产品保色时间会长些。制作注意不要刮花保色镀层。
退换货及售后（必读）：
1.DIY材料太零碎，收货时请保存发货单核对，有发错货或漏寄的情况一律不补发，直接退款，高于15元的商品可以补发，希望亲们谅解！
2.如有质量问题，请提供相关照片做证明，金额低于十元，直接退款，高于十元可补发。
3.签收注意：快递中转时，因暴力摔翻，挤压会导致箱子变形，压坏物品，若看到挤压或破损严重的箱子，要签收时，请和派件员一起验收货品质量和数量。破损严重者直接拒签，同时通知我们联系快递协商解决方案.签收后责任自理。
