1、关于颜色

因拍照的背景.光线.及电脑显示器还原度的不同而造成的商品色差和色彩会有所不同，不在可控范围内，不属于质量问题。商品以实物为准。基本都是手工加工而成，对色差及小瑕疵很在意的请仔细考虑后再决定是否订购。

2、关于签收
货品送达时请务必本人签收，如家人，朋友，门卫等签收，一律视为本人签收。请务必当场拆开检查后在签收。如商品在运输过程中有损坏的情况，请直接向派送人员进行验证 索赔或拒绝签收。

3、关于售后
自签收之日起三天之内如有质量问题请及时联系我们，我们会给出退货和换货的答复，逾期不再受理。如质量没问题，不做退换货处理，光凭自己不喜欢，和图片相差太大，不合心意，不满意或没有想象中的那么好等主观因素主导的原因，买家所购产品是不允许退换货的。

4、关于发货
买家下单付款后，我们都会在72个小时（1-3天）内进行发货，基本上在下午4点前下单付款的都会在当天把货物发出。（星期天除外）遇到缺货的我们会电话或旺旺与您联系。发货时都有专门配货人员核对发货单和货品，核对无误后并在发货单上签字后随货物一起装箱发出。

● 1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
● 2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
