虎睛石手链的鉴别：
(1)眼看：天然水晶在形成过程中，往往受环境影响总含有一些杂质，对着太阳观察时，可以 看到淡淡的均匀细小的横纹或柳絮状物质。而假水晶多采用残次的水晶渣、玻璃渣熔炼，经过磨光加工、着色仿造而成，没有均匀的条纹、柳絮状物质。
(2)舌舔：即使在炎热夏季的三伏天，用舌头舔天然水晶表面，也有冷而凉爽的感觉。假的水晶，则无凉爽的感觉。
(3)光照：天然水晶竖放在太阳光下，无论从哪个角度看它，都能放出美丽的光彩。假水晶则不能。
(4)硬度：天然水晶硬度大，用碎石在饰品上轻轻划一下，不会留痕迹;若留有条痕，则是假水晶。
(5)用偏光镜检查：在偏光镜下转动360度有四明四暗变化的是天然水晶，没有变化的是假水晶。
(6)用二色检查：天然紫水晶有二色性，假水晶没有二色性。
(7)用放大镜检查：用十倍放大镜在透射光下检查，能找到气泡的基本上可以定为假水晶。
(8)用头发丝检查：将水晶放在一根头发丝上，人眼透过水晶能看到头发丝双影的，则为天然水晶，主要是因为水晶具有双折射。
(9)用热导仪检测：将热导仪调节到绿色4格测试宝石，天然水晶能上升至黄色2格，而假水晶不*面积大时上升至黄色一格。
