1.收货24小时内（以运单签收日期为准）如发现产品质量问题，请及时与售后客服联系。
逾期不予受理。问题产品必须保持包装完整(请自带包装，勿直接在产品原厂外盒粘贴或书写)。
2.退货前请先与售后客服沟通，请配合填写售后服务表，以便跟踪您的退货获得及时处理。
3.客户对产品颜色或款式的指定，我们会尽力满足，但不能100%保证。如因颜色或款式不相符将不予以退换货。
4.对于运输中损坏的商品，我们考虑到客户直接找物流公司赔偿非常麻烦，所以我公司来负全部责任，但是必须在收货后3天内提出且在3天内填写售后服务表登记起来。收货后3天内未提出有运输中货损时，则默认为本次货物完好收到。
5.对于把非玥代所售商品寄到我公司的情况，我们保留对本次全部退换货不处理并且运费由客户承担，货物直接返给客户的权利。

● 1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
● 2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
● 3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
● 4. Currencies of all kinds.
● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
