关于发货：买家下单付款后，我们都会在72个小时（1-3天）内进行发货，基本上在下午4点前下单付款的都会在当天把货物发出。（星期天除外）遇到缺货的我们会电话或旺旺与您联系。发货时都有专门配货人员核对发货单和货品，核对无误后并在发货单上签字后随货物一起装箱发出。
关于签收：货品送达时请务必本人签收，如家人，朋友，门卫等签收，一律视为本人签收。请务必当场拆开检查后在签收。如商品在运输过程中有损坏的情况，请直接向派送人员进行验证 索赔或拒绝签收。

● 5. Items that violate public health.
● 6. Items that rot easily.
● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
