1. 你们的退货是怎么退的？如果有发现有质量问题的，运费谁承担？
答：亲！我们货发出去后，如果是因为个人原因（如：不喜欢这个款式，不是自己想象的质量，色差太大等等）产生退货的，需要买家自行承担来回快递费。如果确实是因为质量问题退回的，请在收到货24小时内拍清晰的照片给我们，我们会根据有质量问题产品的多少来权衡是您当场销毁还是退回（注：如您不能接受当场销毁并拍摄销毁后的照片，我们无法给您安排退款，也无法承担退回运费），超过24小时的，不接受质量问题的售后。如确实因质量问题需要退回的，退回运费由我们承担。退回运费标准按我们的发货运费模板标准计算，不接受客户说发货运费需要多少钱（因我们无法核实您那边的快递费，只能统一按我们的发货运费模板标准计算），以上内容介意者慎拍！
2. 我在你们网站上拿多少钱的货，可以享受免邮？
答：公司规定凡在我们网站上拿货，总金额达到300元以上的，都可以享受免邮（偏远地区，港、澳、台地区，海外除外）
3. 我在你们网站上拿了很多货，能不能享受优惠或者折扣？
答：我们公司网站后台有设置自动会员升级政策，您只要历史累计金额达到会员升级要求，系统会自动给您的订单打折
4. 我在你们网站上拿了货，什么时候能够发货？什么时候能够收到货？
答：一般正常情况下，下午3点之前付款的订单，当天可以发货（因某些颜色库存不足的，可能要第2天，第3天后发货）。如是搞活动当天的订单，一般是第2天或第3天开始发货。
5. 你们网站上的图片都是实拍的吗？我拿到货会不会色差很大？
答：我们网站上80%左右的产品都是实拍的，20%左右的款式是网络通用图片。我们在拍照的时候会尽量想办法去还原产品的真实色彩，但因拍照技术，灯光，显示器等原因，难免会产生一些色差，图片仅供参考，具体请以实物为准，介意慎拍！
6. 我们拿到货后，如果卖不完可以退货吗？
答：我们是阿里巴巴家支持7天无理由退换货的厂家，只要您的货收到后未拆开包装使用或拿到摊位上摆放，在不影响第二次销售的情况下。收到货7天内可以自行承担来回快递费退回来，超过7天无法给您安排退货或者换货。

● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
