1.我们发货前都是精心挑选的，我们是厂家直接发货，如果是瑕疵大的就直接返厂了，何必发过去自找麻烦呢？本身就是旧旧的外观，略微有点瑕疵，属正常现象，不算质量问题，如果是因为存在小瑕疵的问题不喜欢要退换货的，本店的复古盒可退可换，快递费要买家承担哟。（因运输途中损毁的除外哦）
2.收到宝贝后发现任何问题或要退换货的，请您在收到24小时之内联系我们，我们会尽快给您处理。我们相信没有什么问题解决不了的，我们要先沟通后评价，相信没有解决不了的问题哦。
3请各位买家收到东西先打开检查一下再签收,如果快递公司不让先打开的话也要签字后当着他的面查看包裹是否有破损挤压的痕迹，打开里面是否受挤压变形损坏。如果有请让邮递员注明并且退回包裹.我们会与快递公司协商赔偿事宜。同时也会及时给你补发的。

● 7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
● 8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
● 9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
